When they came to us, they needed a brand that reflected that standard: practical, responsible, and built around long-term value, without relying on the tired visual language that dominates the consultancy sector.

For Panesar, the task was to create a brand that felt credible without becoming conventional. Professional without being anonymous. Responsible without becoming performative. A brand that could hold its own in a boardroom, while reflecting a business built around practical, long-term value.

The logo is the clearest expression of the thinking behind the project. Built from three architectural forms that together spell PCM, the mark is a subtle construction: considered, efficient, and made to reward attention without demanding it. It gives the brand something to say without having to say it loudly.

From there, every decision followed the same logic. A deep navy anchored the palette in Panesar’s world: professional, assured, and built for longevity, without tipping into the cold impersonality that many consultancy brands settle for.

The angular framing lines used across layouts and materials extend the architectural reference without overstating it. They give each application a sense of structure, precision, and long-term purpose that feels native to the brand.

Panesar Commercial Management now enters every client conversation with a brand that reflects the standard of their work. In a sector where presentation is part of the pitch, that matters.
