Dr Catherine Coaching is headed up by the Founder and Principal – Catherine Baudino. She has broad international expertise, in various industries and in many languages. Catherine started off in Academia (Comparative Literature). Then she moved on to the Commercial and Corporate world where she broke the glass ceiling in 1987 (at a salary of £75,000 a year – the equivalent of £220,000 today). From there, Catherine combined my academic and corporate experience as a coach and mentor.
